Technical evaluation

From technical interest to an executable purchase request

A practical public procurement route for sourcing teams, budget owners and service operators.

Example evaluation

Identify the supplier and commercial structure

Deep InfoSec SARL is registered in Senegal (RCCM SN DKR 2023 E 55007), at Azur 15, Le Plateau, Dakar. The customer should select the scope and contracting jurisdiction before an order is placed. Purchasing formats include a bounded assessment, a controlled technical evaluation, a milestone-based implementation or a recurring service with defined coverage. The responsible legal entity is specified in the resulting quotation.

Build a comparable quotation

A useful RFQ names the operating problem, affected services, sites and existing tools; identifies what the customer will provide; and states the required deliverables and acceptance procedure. The quote distinguishes specialist labour, equipment, licensing, travel, managed operations and taxes where applicable. A fixed-scope evaluation can be compared with alternatives on both cost and decision value.

Prepare the receiving organization

A successful project includes customer-side ownership. The initial brief should name a technical sponsor, security approver and purchasing contact, alongside the intended decision date. The SOW then identifies change approvals, escalation, handover and termination or transition arrangements relevant to the purchased service. Standard public supplier details are accessible without a gated dossier.

What your team receives

Practical acceptance criteria

The first purchasing exchange should produce a scoped proposal with deliverables, schedule assumptions, customer responsibilities, commercial line items and an acceptance checklist.

We are beginning vendor onboarding for [organization] in [jurisdiction]. Scope: [service/sites]. Requested engagement: assessment / pilot / implementation / managed service. Decision date: [date]. Please provide a quotation, supplier identification and proposed statement of work.
