DEEP INFOSEC

Engineering results and methods

Deep InfoSec performs daily automated security scanning, annual penetration tests of its solutions, recurring security assessments combining human analysis with AI, and ongoing adversarial exercises intended to break assumptions before attackers exploit them. We use the findings to correct code, configuration, authentication, dependencies and operational controls, then verify the fixes in the affected environment.

From finding overload to a defensible remediation plan

Your scanners, cloud controls, application tests and identity reviews do not all measure the same thing. A long list can therefore obscure a short and dangerous sequence: an externally reachable service, a privileged identity, and an unsegmented business application.

Identity controls that survive real operational complexity

During a cloud or application transformation, staff identities, service accounts and privileged roles cross multiple directories and environments. An apparently correct access policy can fail when groups, provisioning jobs and application permissions diverge.

Inside the engineering decision

Findings → decisions

In a documented senior-practitioner vulnerability-remediation engagement, the operational register moved from approximately 4,000 findings to 14 remaining items at the recorded checkpoint. The result reflects a managed programme of analysis, owner assignment, corrective work and verification. The before/after register must accompany any buyer-specific request for supporting evidence.

Identity → verified access

Architects document federation trusts, SSO claims, SCIM provisioning, group-to-role mappings and service-account ownership. Tests cover initial access, role changes, conflicting privileges, deprovisioning, retry behaviour, and what happens when one downstream system returns an unexpected status or remains temporarily unavailable.
